ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY
All orders must be paid in full before they will be processed or made.
Once an order has been placed, please review your order carefully. If you notice an error, please contact Rae & Mae Freshie Co. as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered production.
By placing an order, you agree to these shop policies.
PROCESSING TIMES
Most ready-to-ship orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders and larger/wholesale orders may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time will be communicated when your order is placed.
Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping time.
During sales, holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience while I hand-make each order with care!
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your package has been shipped, Rae & Mae Freshie Co. is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are welcome!
Because custom freshies are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.
Please double-check spelling, colors, designs, and other details before approving your custom order.
Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, Rae & Mae Freshie Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on freshies or custom-made products.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
We want you to love your order and will always do our best to make things right when an issue occurs.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already entered production.
Once a custom order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
FRESHIE CARE & SAFETY
Freshies are handmade scented products intended for decorative and fragrance purposes only.
Please:
• Do not ingest.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Do not place directly on painted, plastic, leather, or other delicate surfaces.
• Hang freely and avoid placing the freshie against surfaces.
• Keep away from extreme heat.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Stop using if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.
Freshies may soften or melt when exposed to excessive heat.
Never place a freshie where it could interfere with your ability to safely operate a vehicle.
Rae & Mae Freshie Co. is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions.
SCENT POLICY
Scent strength and longevity can vary depending on the fragrance, temperature, environment, and individual preference.
Freshies naturally lose fragrance over time. This is normal and does not mean the product is defective.
Please keep your freshie away from extreme heat and direct sunlight to help preserve the scent.
HANDMADE DISCLAIMER
Every Rae & Mae Freshie Co. product is handmade. Because of this, slight variations in color, glitter, paint, shape, and placement may occur.
These small differences are part of what makes each handmade freshie unique!
PHOTO & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Product photos are taken to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device's screen.
Some designs may be made using different molds, materials, or techniques depending on availability.
WHOLESALE POLICY
Wholesale orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Wholesale orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Wholesale processing times may vary depending on order size. Estimated completion times will be discussed before the order is finalized.
